Fairly clean hotel with very hardworking and hard-working staff and incredible location near to the Sierra Nevada, the old monastery sandwiched between the church and the gardens and outside seating areas.
Quite busy staff!

The breakfast was wonderful and well presented with an assortment of pastries and pastries, for instance. The location was amazing, by gardens with the Sierra Nevada for a backdrop and the interior design was modern.

The location on the grounds of the Alhambra could not have been better. The view from our room was superb and the convenience for visiting the Alhambra was wonderful. The restaurant had excellent food. The service in the cafe was somewhat indifferent and slow. However, the service in the restaurant was very good.
The bathroom was not much larger than a postage stamp. It was similar to bathrooms found on cruise ships. Also, washcloths were not provided.

Magical, magical, magical
Staying within the Alhambra complex was a dream come true! Our cozy Standard Double Room offered fine views of the gardens and the majestic Alhambra. Plus, wandering through the empty gardens at night, bathed in soft lights, was a lovely experience!
do recommend 🥰✨

It is in a superb location. We had a view of the Generalife from our bedroom. The food and wine were excellent - truly the best we have had in any of the 20 or so Paradors we've visited. Staff were very helpful. Terrace would have been lovely to sit in during warmer weather - also true of enclosed patio area.
Car park facilities not good but we can't really see what the hotel can do about this. Bar and lounge did not compare favourably with other Paradors although the dining room was excellent. There were some fresh flowers but we were surprised to see plastic ones in several locations! Not what we have experienced in other Paradors. Only one computer available though there are facilities for wired internet access if you have a laptop. The Parador itself is not as spectacular as others we have been to and we feel that the location is being exploted to justify the very high prices. If we visit Granada again we would probably stay in the Alhambra Palace hotel but use the Parador restaurant.

I do not speak Spanish and the staff was very helpful. I loved the shower!
I found it difficult to find your hotel.

The priciest parador in Spain but you are paying for the location inside the Alhambra. Rooms are modern, comfortable and well appointed. Staff is very service oriented, efficient and multilingual. They made us feel truly welcome. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. For us it was well worth splurging for a couple of nights to stay in a place so steeped in history.

The location being inside the Alhambra is a
True highlight of the experience. The peacefulness of the surroundings coupled with fine views. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being less attentive than expected, impacting the overall enjoyment.

It is the hotel of the Alhambra and that should say it all. Great location, nice rooms but small. Great architecture. Hotel staff is excellent overall but the front desk stuff is just a little too impressed with themself.

Beautiful building, and excellent position. A really lovely hotel. Car parking.
Reception manager, in the middle of serving us wandered away into foyer and started to serve another client. If you are accustomed to a light breakfast, a flat rate of 20€ seems high! We were informed at Reception that the Bar (beside the Restaurant) is open until 2300. By 2215 it was very decidedly not open! In general there was a lack of cheerfulness and proactive helpfulness among the staff.

it was the best hotel we stayed in on our tour of spain. excellent staff, great room. location in the alhambra is stunningly beautiful and to be able to walk around some of it at night, without any crowds was magical. parking on site was helpful. reception staff N***** was exceptionally helpful in his advice and professional approach. the hotel managed to get us tickets a couple of days before for a guided tour, which needed to be booked ahead. we were concerned when we were told it would be 3 hours but we loved every minute of it. we will return to this hotel (if we can get a room.) Our only disappointment was that we could only book one night and on arrival there were more rooms available but we had already booked another hotel nearby.
the food in the restaurant was mediocre. The tasting menu should have been exceptional signature dishes and was not. Service was indiferent and almost rude and there was a feeling of general unease amongst other guests, who clearly felt a similar level of disappointment. we chose not to make a fuss but this is an area which really could be improved. the setting of the terrace restaurant was beautiful and we had hoped the food would match this. having said this, the breakfast was excellent.
